أن تناول وجبة إفطار دسمة من شأنه أن يضاعف من كمية السعرات الحرارية التي يحرقها الجسم لاحقًا خلال اليوم وتخسيس الجسم ففي هذه الدراسة التي نشرت في المجلةعلمية ,
أوضح الباحثون أن تناول وجبة الإفطار من شأنه أن يزيد من عملية الأيض و حرق الدهون في الجسم، كما يساعد في تنظيم مستويات السكر في الدم .
قالت دراسة اجربت من بعض العلماء في جامعة باث البريطانيه ان سبب اهميه وجبة الافطار , انها توثر بشكل روتيني علي السلوك في الجسم مما يجعلها تندمج اكثر
في عمليات الايض ومقاومه الانسولين , وبالتالي فان هذه العادة الصحية , ستخفف حتما من امراض السمنه وامراض القلب
المنتشرة حيث لاحظ الباحثون ان عندما تكون وجبة الافطار دسمه فانها تزيد من عملية الايض وحرق الدهون خلال اليوم .
وتضمنت الدراسة فحص الكثير من الاشخاص تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين 21 الي 60 عام وقام بتقسيمهم الي مجموعتين , احداهما تفطر كل يوم والاخر ياكل في نصف النهار لمده 6 اسابيع
متواصلة ليقيسو معدل حرق الدهون او الايض وتبين ان المجموعه التي تحرص علي تناول وجبة الفطار
بانتظام هي التي تزيد نسبة نشاطها وانتاجيتها وزادت مقاومة جسمها لامراض القلب والسمنه علي المدي الطويل
وهناك مشروبات لحرق الدهون في وجبة الافطار مثل الليمون بالماء الدافي صباحا وبعد تناوله بفتره ستظهر علامات حرق الدهون في الجسم .
