جاء في تقريرٍ نشره موقع “بيزنس إنسايدر”، ترتيب أكثر الأدوات اتساخا في مطبخك، استنادا إلى دراسة عينات من 3 أنواع من البكتيريا النشطة في المطابخ قبل عدة أعوام.
وأولى هذه الأجسام: مناشف الأطباق، وتليها بالترتيب أقمشة مسح المطبخ، ثم بالوعة الحوض، فـمقابض الأدراج، الإسفنج، السكاكين، منشفة اليد، مقبض الثلاجة، لوحة تقطيع اللحوم والخضروات، مقبض غسالة الأطباق، الميكروويف.
وفي الوقت الذي كشف فيه التقرير أن مناشف الأطباق تحتوي على أكثر البكتيريا المتواجدة في المطبخ، كان لعالم الأحياء الدقيقة فيليب تيرنو رأي آخر بعدما قال لـ”بيزنس إنسادير” إن الإسفنج، الذي يستخدم للتنظيف، يعد أكثر الأجسام اتساخا في المنزل ربما لأن تيرنو لم يقصر اهتمامه على البكتيريا، وإنما أخضع دراسته لعوامل عدة أخرى تتعلق بالنظافة.
