يستمر ملك البحرين حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة، بالتغيب عن استقبال المبعوثين الخليجيين، وإنابة ابنه ولي العهد سلمان بن حمد للقيام بالمهمة، في تعبير صريح عن رفضه للمصالحة ومحاولة إفشالها تزامنا مع الهجمة الإعلامية البحرينية ضد دولة قطر، والمحاولات الخليجية بوساطة كويتية، لرأب الصدع في منطقة الخليج العربي.
تغيب ملك البحرين وتغيّب ملك البحرين عن استقبال موفد الملك السعودي وأمير الكويت، خلال اليومين الماضيين، الأمر الذي يرفع من نسبة إصرار بن عيسى في الإبقاء على الخلاف الخليجي، ويحدث هذا على ما يبدو بإيعاز إماراتي من ولي عهد أبوظبي محمد بن زايد.

ويأتي هذا التغيب بعد أيام عديدة من أزمة الصيادين البحرينيين الذين أوقفتهم قطر، إضافة إلى خروقات جوية من 4 طائرة حربية بحرينية اخترقت الأجواء القطرية.
أزمة الصيادين البحرينيين وفي تاريخ 13 ديسمبر الجاري، قالت وزارة الداخلية القطرية إن خفر السواحل أوقف قاربا بحرينيا كان يقوم بالصيد في المياه الإقليمية القطرية وألقى القبض على طاقمه المؤلف من ثلاثة أفراد.
وذكرت وكالة الأنباء القطرية أن وزارة الداخلية أعلنت أن دوريات أمن السواحل والحدود أوقفت طرادا بحرينيا في منطقة فشت الديبل داخل حدود المياه القطرية بـعمق 1.3 ميل بحري، وذلك في إطار ممارستها لأعمالها المعتادة بمراقبة وحماية المياه الإقليمية القطرية.
وفي 24 ديسمبر الجاري أبلغت قطر مجلس الأمن الدولي والأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عن خروقات جوية من 4 طائرات مقاتلة بحرينية اخترقت الأجواء القطرية فوق المياه الإقليمية القطرية في 9 الشهر الجاري.
واستنكرت قطر بشدة لهذه الخروقات بوصفها “انتهاكا لسيادتها وسلامتها الإقليمية وأمنها”، مشيرة إلى أن هذه الخروقات “تتعارض بشكل صارخ مع التزامات مملكة البحرين بموجب القانون الدولي، وتعتبر تصعيدا يرفع من حدة التوتر في المنطقة، الذي ساهمت البحرين في زيادته من خلال اشتراكها بالحصار الجائر، والإجراءات الأحادية غير القانونية وغير المبررة على دولة قطر”.
من جهتها، وجّهت البحرين رسالة إلى مجلس الأمن والأمم المتحدة، قالت فيها إن ادعاءات قطر بشأن اختراق الطائرات البحرينية للأجواء القطرية “غير صحيحة”.
واعتبرت رسالة البحرين أن الادعاءات القطرية تهدف إلى “زعزعة الأمن في المنطقة”.
وقطعت البحرين والسعودية والإمارات ومصر العلاقات مع قطر في العام 2017 واتهمتها بدعم جماعات متطرفة. وتنفي الدوحة الاتهام وتقول إن الدول الأربع تسعى إلى انتهاك سيادتها.
