لليوم الثالث على التوالي، شهدت ولاية صحار في سلطنة عمان تجمعاتٍ سلمية، من شبان باحثين عن عمل، وآخرين مسرحين من وظائفهم، للمطالبة بتسريع معالجة أوضاعهم.
تجمعات سلمية في صحار وولايات اخرى وانتشرت صور لتجمعات سلمية لعشرات الشبان في ولايات صحار و عبري و الرستاق وصور و نزوى، أمام مديريات وزارة العمل ومكاتب المحافظين.

وذكرت حسابات عُمانية، أنّه الحركة المرورية اسفل جسر صحار توقفت بسبب التجمعات السلمية، فيما قام رجال الشرطة بتوزيع الماء على الشبان.

وكان محامون عُمانيون ذكروا انّه تمّ الإفراج عن جميع المحتجزين الذين تم توقيفهم لساعات خلال مشاركتهم في الوقفات السلمية يومي الأحد والإثنين في ولاية صحار بسلطنة عمان.

الرسالة وصلت .. من جهته، قال العضو السابق بمجلس الشورى العُماني، ورئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة العمانية للتنمية السياحية عمران، في تغريدةٍ بـ”تويتر” إن رسالة الشباب العُماني وصلت إلى وليّ الأمر، في إشارة إلى السلطان هيثم بن طارق .
وكتب في تغريدته: “إلى شبابنا المحب لوطنه والمتطلع للمساهمة في مسيرة البناء .. خرجتم لإيصال رسالة، وجميعنا على يقين بأن رسالتكم وصلت لولي أمرنا”.
وأضاف: “كما أننا على ثقة بأن موضوعكم لم يغب ولا للحظة عن إهتمامه”.
وتابع: “وبما أن الرسالة وصلت؛ فمن الواجب علينا أن نتريث وننتظر الرد، والذي سيحمل كل الخير بإذن الله”.

وطالب عُمانيون يطالبون بخروج المسؤول لطمأنة الباحثين عن عمل والاستماع لهم، معتبرين أنّ ذلك سيكون له وقع كبير في نفوس الشباب مع اتخاذ خطوات فاعلة وملموسة لحل أزمة الباحثين عن عمل والمسرحين من أعمالهم.

الشيخ أحمد بن حمد الخليلي المفتي العام للسلطنة دعا المسؤولين إلى حل مشكلات من هم تحت مسؤولياتهم.
وفي إشارة إلى الاحتجاجات الدائرة قال الشيخ الخليلي في بيان عبر حسابه الرسمي بتويتر: (ما دخل الرفق شيئا إلا زانه، ولا دخل العنف أمرا إلا شانه، فيجب أن يسود بين جميع الأطراف منطق الحكمة لا الشدة، وأن تصدق النيات في حل المشكلات).
وتابع مفتي السلطنة أن صاحب الحاجة أعمى لا يرى إلا قضاءها.
كما بعث برسالة للمسؤولين وقال إنه (على جميع المسؤولين أن يسعوا إلى حل مشكلات من هم تحت مسؤولياتهم؛ فكلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته.)
واستطرد مفتي السلطنة في بيانه:(وأذكر الجميع بما يروى عن الفاروق رضي الله عنه أنه قال: “لو عثرت بغلة في العراق لخفت أن يسألني الله عنها : التي لم تصلح لها الطريق يا عمر؟”.
واختتم:(ومع خلوص النية والرغبة في حل المشكلات، تكون النتيجة مرضية للجميع بعون الله وتوفيقه).
