ضج موقع التدوين المصغر “تويتر” خلال الساعات الماضية بأنباء عن قيام السلطات السعودية بتنفيذ الإعدام بحق الناشطة الحقوقية إسراء الغمغام.
وتداول مغردون صورا ومقاطع فيديو زعموا أنها تظهر لحظة تنفيذ حكم الإعدام للناشطة إسراء الغمغام.

كما وجه آخرون الدعوة لكافة المغردين بقراءة الفاتحة على روح “الغمغام”، معبرين عن حزنهم لما حدث لها.

بينما لاحظت “وطن” خلال رصدها للتغريدات، بأن جميع من قام بالتغريد، نشر صورة ليست لـ”الغمغام” وإنما تعود للناشطة السعودية سمر بدوي.

ومع تداول الانباء حول إعدام “الغمغام”، حسم النائب الكويتي السابق عبدالحميد دشتي الجدل، نافيا إعدامها، ومعتبرا أن من روج لهذه الأنباء هي جهات أمنية لأغراض خبيثة على حد قوله.

الحكم بإعدام إسراء الغمغام يشار إلى أنه في 10 فبراير 2021 حكمت المحكمة الجزائية المتخصصة بالرياض على ستة نشطاء. منهم ناشطة حقوق الإنسان إسراء الغمغام. بالسجن لمدد طويلة على خلفية دعاوى متعلقة بأنشطتهم المدنية السلمية.
وأنزلت المحكمة المختصة بقضايا الإرهاب أحكامًا أولية. فقضت بالحكم على الغمغام بالسجن لمدة ثماني سنوات.
كما حكمت على زوجها موسى الهاشم بالسجن لمدة 17 سنة.
واعتقلت الغمغام وزوجها في ديسمبر 2015 على خلفية مشاركتهم في مظاهرات سلمية بالقطيف شرقي السعودية.

وبعد قضاء أكثر من سنة ونصف السنة في الاحتجاز قبل المحاكمة في سجن المباحث بالدمام وجهت إليهما دعاوى. على أساس المادة السادسة من نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية. وذلك على خلفية أنشطتهما على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودعاوى أخرى متعلقة بالمظاهرات.
وكان الادعاء العام السعودي قد طالب في جلسة محاكمة الغمغام التي عقدت في 6 أغسطس 2018 بتنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بحق خمسة من النشطاء منهم الغمغام.
ولكن في 31 يناير 2019 استجابةً للضغط الدولي، أعلنت السلطات السعودية أن الغمغام لن يحكم عليها بالقتل. دون أن يتضح مصير الأربعة الآخرين وما سيواجهونه من أحكام.
والآن نظرًا للوقت الذي قضته في السجن فمن المتوقع الإفراج عن الغمغام في 2023.

وأفرجت السلطات السعودية مؤخراً عن عدد من معتقلي الرأي، منهم الكاتبين صلاح الحيدر وبدر الإبراهيم والمدافعتين عن حقوق الإنسان لجين الهذلول ونوف عبدالعزيز وفرضت عليهم قيودًا شديدة، ولكن العدد الأكبر من معتقلي الرأي ما زال معتقلًا تعسّفيًا أو على خلفية قضايا متعلقة بالنشاط السلمي.
