اعتبر المغرد القطري الشهير “بوغانم” بأن قرار حاكم الشارقة الشيخ سلطان القاسمي بمخالفة قرار الحكومة الاتحادية حول الإجازات الرسمية وإصداره قرارا بجعل يوم الجمعة إجازة كاملة، يعطي دلالة على وجود خلافات بين حكام الإمارات، ويشير إلى أن أبوظبي تتعمد تهميش الإمارات الأخرى.
وقال “بوغانم” في تغريدات له عبر حسابه بموقع التدوين المصغر “تويتر” رصدتها “وطن”، تعليقا على قرار “القاسمي”:” قرار الشيخ سلطان بن محمد القاسمي حاكم الشارقة بجعل الاجازة يوم الجمعة والسبت والأحد قرار مميز وإن شاء الله يؤجر عليه. وفي نفس الوقت يعطي إشارة بأن البيت الإماراتي ليس متوحد كما يقولون وأن حكومة أبوظبي تتعمد تهميش الإمارات الأخرى”.

ولفت “بوغانم” في تغريدة أخرى، الى أن ” حكومة ابوظبي اغتالت اثنين من ابناء الشيخ سلطان القاسمي في بريطانيا محمد سنة 1999 خالد سنة 2019 تحت عذر تعاطيهم للمخدرات”. معربا عن عدم استغرابه من تصفية الشيخ سلطان القاسمي تحت عذر جديد، بحسب قوله.

وقالت إذاعة “الشارقة” في تغريدة لها عبر حسابها الرسمي بموقع التدوين المصغر “تويتر”:” خبر عاجل.. سعادة أحمد حمد السويدي-الأمين العام المساعد للمجلس التنفيذي بتوجيهات حاكم الشارقة. تم تغيير نظام العمل في حكومة الشارقة 4 أيام عمل من الاثنين وحتى الخميس. والعطلة الاسبوعية من يوم الجمعة وحتى الأحد.”
وقال الأكاديمي الإماراتي عبدالخالق عبدالله ان هناك تأييداً شعبياً لقرار حاكم الشارقة الشيخ سلطان بن محمد القاسمي مخالفة القرار الحكومي الاتحادي وجعل يوم الجمعة اجازة كاملة.

وذكر عبدالخالق عبدالله في تغريدة بتوتير: “قرار الشارقة تطبيق 4 أيام عمل منسجم مع التوجه العالمي المستقبلي ومتسق مع الدستور الذي يعطي إمارات الدولة استقلالية نسبية لإدارة شؤونها المحلية”.
وقال: “التركيبة الفيدرالية مصدر قوة وتميز نموذج الإمارات التنموي. أخذت الشارقة بعطلة السبت والأحد واحتفظت بعطلة الجمعة، وهناك تأييد شعبي لذلك”.

النظام الجديد للعمل الأسبوعي في الإمارات يشار إلى أن حكومة الإمارات الاتحادية كانت قد أعلنت عن النظام الجديد للعمل الأسبوعي للقطاع الحكومي الاتحادي بالدولة.
وبموجب الإعلان سيكون الدوام أربعة أيام ونصف يوم عمل وذلك من يوم الإثنين إلى الخميس. ونصف يوم عمل في يوم الجمعة. وتكون العطلة الأسبوعية يومي السبت والأحد.
وستكون ساعات الدوام الرسمي بناءً على القرار الجديد من الساعة 7:30 صباحًا إلى 3:30 بعد الظهر. من الاثنين إلى الخميس (8 ساعات عمل).
ومن الساعة 7.30 صباحًا إلى 12:00 ظهراً يوم الجمعة (4 ساعات ونصف).

كما سيتم الإعلان لاحقاً عن ساعات الدوام في المدارس الحكومية في الدولة.
وتضمن النظام الجديد للعمل في الإمارات إمكانية تطبيق ساعات الدوام المرنة ونظام العمل عن بعد يوم الجمعة في الجهات الاتحادية. على أن تقر الجهات الاتحادية آليات التنفيذ، وبما تقتضيه مصلحة سير العمل في هذه الجهات.
كما تم بناءً على القرار توحيد موعد إقامة خطبة وصلاة الجمعة، لتكون الساعة 1:15 ظهراً على مستوى الدولة طوال العام.
