وطن – في خطوة من شأنها أن تمهد الطريق لغزو روسي لأوكرانيا ، وقع الروسي فلاديمير بوتين على مرسومين باعتراف روسيا باستقلال المنطقتين الانفصاليتين في أوكرانيا، دونيتسك ولوغانسك.
وطالب بوتين البرلمان الروسي الاعتراف الفوري بهذا القرار.
اعتراف بوتين باستقلال لوغانسك ودونيتسك عن أوكرانيا ويعتبر هذا الاعتراف إلغاءً فعليًا لاتفاقيات مينسك للسلام. ويفتح الباب أمام روسيا لتوقيع معاهدات مع “الدول” وإرسال القوات والأسلحة إليها بشكل علني للدفاع عنها ضد “التهديدات” الأوكرانية.
وتغذي هذه الخطوة مزيدًا من التوتر مع الغرب وتضيق الخيارات الدبلوماسية المتاحة لتجنب الحرب، لأنها رفض صريح لوقف إطلاق النار الذي استمر سبع سنوات بوساطة فرنسا وألمانيا. والذي لا يزال يوصف بأنه إطار عمل لأي مفاوضات مستقبلية على نطاق أوسع.
وقال الرئيس الروسي -في كلمته التي ألقاها أمام أعضاء المجلس- إن روسيا تواجه “تهديدا جديا وكبيرا جدا” على خلفية الأزمة الأوكرانية، معتبرا أن كييف ليست جاهزة للانضمام إلى حلف شمال الأطلسي “ناتو” (NATO).
وأفاد بوتين بأن الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون أبلغه أن القيادة الأوكرانية جاهزة لتطبيق اتفاقيات مينسك.
من جانبه، أبدى رئيس الوزراء الروسي ميخائيل ميشوستين تأييده الاعتراف باستقلال إقليم دونباس. موضحا أن موسكو مستعدة اقتصاديا لمواجهة أي تصعيد.
وكشف الرئيس الروسي بعد توصيات أعضاء مجلس الأمن القومي الروسي أن القرار بشأن الاعتراف بلوغانسك ودونيتسك سيتخذ اليوم.
وكان زعيما المنطقتين الانفصاليتين في شرق أوكرانيا دعوا -اليوم الاثنين- الرئيس الروسي إلى الاعتراف باستقلالهما وإقامة “تعاون دفاعي” معهما.
كما أعرب الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون والمستشار الألماني أولاف شولتز عن خيبة أملهما من قرار بوتين في مكالمات هاتفية مع الرئيس الروسي.
بينما قال رئيس الوزراء البريطاني بوريس جونسون إن قرار بوتين الاعتراف بالجمهوريتين الأوكرانيتين الانفصاليتين “نذير شؤم” و “علامة قاتمة” على أن الأمور تسير في الاتجاه الخاطئ.
