وطن – علق محمد المختار الشنقيطي ، أستاذ القانون الدولي بجامعة قطر، على خبر مصالحة حركة حماس الفلسطينية مع نظام بشار الأسد في سوريا، معبرا عن رفضه التام لقرار الحركة المقاوِمة .
يأتي ذلك، بعد يوم من قرار حركة حماس استئناف علاقاتها مع النظام السوري الذي أكدت فيه ” مُضيّها في بناء وتطوير علاقات راسخة مع الجمهورية العربية السورية” على حد قولها.
مصالحة حماس مع النظام السوري تفاعل أستاذ القانون الدولي بجامعة قطر، محمد المختار الشنقيطي على مصالحة حماس مع الأسد عبر سلسلة من التغريدات نشرها عبر حسابه على موقع تويتر.
يصف الشنقيطي المصالحة بين حماس وبشار بـ ” أنها غير مقنعة، لا سياسيا ولا أخلاقيا وأنه يعكس خلل الأولويات الإستراتيجية وتخبط سياسي لدى الحركة” .
وعن الأسباب التي يسوقها الشنقيطي في دعم موقفه الرافض للمصالحة يقول ” إن رجوع قادة حماس لدمشق سيجعلهم مكتشفين لاغتيالات الصهاينة.
كشفت حماس في بيان لها عن مساعيها من وراء المصالحة مع بشار الأسد وهي كما تقول ” خدمةً لأمتنا وقضاياها العادلة، وفي القلب منها قضية فلسطين، لا سيما في ظل التطورات الإقليمية والدولية المتسارعة التي تحيط بقضيتنا وأمتنا”
علق الشنقيطي على بيان الحركة بقوله إن الحركة كانت انانية هذه المرة.
حيث أن سعي حماس، حد قوله ” لإطلاق 80 حمساويا من سجون الأسد مع وجود 80 ألف سوري في سجونه ” هي تصرف أناني.
الشنقيطي يرفض المصالحة ويهاجم بشار عبر أستاذ القانون الدولي، في تغريدة أخرى عن غضبه من المصالحة المذكورة.

وقال بأن ” من سوء التقدير الاستراتيجي الذي بنت عليه قيادة حماس مصالحتها مع السفاح الأسد اعتقادها بأنه انتصر على شعبه و سيعاد تأهيله دوليا.
إلى ذلك، فقد هاجم الشنقيطي بشار الأسد الذي اعتبر أنه لا فائدة ترجى منه في الوقت الحالي .
وقد جاء في تغريدته أن ” الواقع ( يفرض) إما أن يسقط أو يظل دكتاتورا مدحورا لا يفيد نفسه ولا غيره أو يعاد تأهيله دوليا على حساب حماس والقضية الفلسطينية.”
يشار في هذا الصدد إلى إن حماس كانت قد أعلنت في بيان بعنوان “أمة واحدة في مواجهة الاحتلال والعدوان” عودة العلاقات إلى طبيعتها مع سوريا بشار الأسد.
وقد أشارت على حد قولها إلى ” أن سوريا احتضنت الشعب الفلسطيني وفصائله المقاومة لعقود من الزمن، وهو ما يستوجب الوقوف معها، في ظل ما تتعرض له من عدوان غاشم”
