وطن – أكدت دراسة دولية جديدة أنّ الوقاية من مرض التهاب الأمعاء، يتطلّب تبني أسلوب حياة صحي.
في الحقيقة، يعاني أكثر من 200000 فرنسي من مرض التهاب الأمعاء المزمن (IBD). وبحسب تقرير لمجلة “فام أكتيال” الفرنسية، فإن داء كرون (يمثّل 70٪ من الحالات)، والتهاب القولون التقرحي (يمثّل 25٪ من الحالات) يظهران بشكل عام بين سن 20 و30 عامًا، وتتميز هذه الأمراض بالتهاب مستمر في الجهاز الهضمي، وتتطور مع الوقت.
ووفقًا لترجمة “وطن “، بحثت دراسة دولية جديدة في العوامل التي تعزّز تطوّر مرض التهاب الأمعاء . كما عمل الباحثون على التثبّت من البيانات الطبية الخاصة بما يقارب من 300000 بالغ يعيشون في الولايات المتحدة، ولأكثر من 10 سنوات، قاموا بفحص نظامهم الغذائي ونشاطهم البدني وإدمانهم..
يعاني أكثر من 200000 فرنسي من مرض التهاب الأمعاء المزمن وخلص العلماء إلى أنّه من خلال تبني “عادات نمط حياة صحية”، ينخفض خطر الإصابة بمرض كرون بنحو 60٪، ونحو 55٪ بالنسبة لالتهاب القولون التقرحي.
وللوقاية من مرض التهاب الأمعاء، يجب استهلاك المزيد من الفاكهة والخضراوات ، وتجنّب المشروبات الكحولية واللحوم الحمراء بشكل ملموس، ماذا يعني هذا؟ لتجنب الإصابة بمرض التهاب الأمعاء، ينصحنا الباحثون بالعديد من الأشياء:
الحفاظ على مؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI) الخاص بنا بين 18.5 و25.
الإقلاع عن التدخين .
مارس الرياضة لمدة ساعة واحدة على الأقل كلّ يوم.
تناول ما لا يقل عن 8 حصص من الفاكهة والخضراوات يوميًا.
تناول أقل من نصف جزء من اللحوم الحمراء يوميًا.
تناول ما لا يقل عن 25 غرامًا من الألياف الغذائية يوميًا.
تناول حصتين على الأقل من الأسماك أسبوعيًا.
تناول ما لا يقل عن نصف جزء من المكسرات أو البذور الزيتية (الفستق، البندق..) يوميًا.
وبحسب العلماء الذين نُشر عملهم في المجلة المتخصصة Gut People : “إذا كانت أمراض الأمعاء الالتهابية (IBD) تعتمد جزئيًا على العوامل الوراثية، فنحن نعلم الآن أنه ينبغي ألا يتم إهمال العوامل البيئية”.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ الأشخاص الذين لديهم أحد أفراد أسرتهم مصاب بمرض التهاب الأمعاء، لديهم خطر متزايد بنسبة 2٪ إلى 17٪ للإصابة بمرض كرون أو التهاب القولون التقرحي. لذلك يوصى بتبني أسلوب حياة صحي كوسيلة وقائية.
