ربما تبدأ في غسل شعرك بالشامبو على الفور، أو ربما تفضل قضاء بضع دقائق للاستمتاع بالماء فقط. بغض النظر عن تفضيلاتك، فمن المؤكد أن الاستحمام يجعلك تشعر بالانتعاش. ولكن قد لا تكون نظيفًا تمامًا كما تعتقد لدرجة أنك قد تهمل العناية بهذه المناطق.
وفقًا لطبيبة الأسرة، جين كادل ، هناك مناطق في الجسم لا يغسلها الناس بما يكفي. والبعض لا يقوم بتنظيفها على الإطلاق.
سرة البطن نشرت كادل، مقطع فيديو على تيك توك، وتحدثت عن مناطق في الجسم لا ننظفها جيداََ.
وقالت في الفيديو: “كثير من الناس لا يغسلون سرة البطن على الإطلاق”.
كثير من الناس لا يغسلون سرة البطن على الإطلاق وأضافت: “إهمال تنظيف تلك المنطقة يمكن أن يتسبب في تراكم الجراثيم وتزايد الرائحة الكريهة، وفقًا لما ذكره موقع ميديكال نيوز توداي”.
بشكل عام، توصي كادل باستخدام الصابون والماء والمنشفة لتنظيف سرة البطن.
خلف الأذن ذكرت كادل، أن خلف الأذن من مناطق الجسم التي تحتاج تنظيفاً دورياً، حيث قالت: “إهمال تنظيف تلك المنطقة عدة مرات يمكن أن يتسبب في ظهور الرائحة الكريهة”.
اهمال تنظيف خلف الأذن يؤدي إلى ظهور رائحة كريهة عند غسل أذنيك، يقول خبراء مستشفى كليفلاند كلينك : “يجب تنظيفها بعناية ورفق ، لا تنظفها بأي شيء أصغر من منشفة أو إصبعك. تجنب استخدام أدبابيس صغيرة أو أدوات حادة لتنظيفها، فقد تؤدي هذه الأشياء إلى إصابة قناة الأذن أو طبلة الأذن “.
الأظافر الأظافر من مناطق الجسم التي ينسى الناس تنظيفها في كثير من الأحيان.
الجلد الموجود تحت الأظافر يمكن أن تتكاثر فوقه والأوساخ وأكدت كادل أن الجلد الموجود تحت الأظافر، يمكن أن تتكاثر فوقه الجراثيم والأوساخ.
القدمان يظن كثير من الناس أن نزول الماء والصابون على القدمين في أثناء الاستحمام كافٍ لضمان نظافتهما، لكنهم على خطأ.
تنظيف القدمين في أثناء الاستحمام مهم جدًا يجب خلال الاستحمام، غسل القدمين جيداََ باستخدام الصابون أو جل الاستحمام.
أصابع القدمين أشارت كادل إلى أنه من الضروري كذلك تنظيف ما بين أصابع القدم للقضاء على الجراثيم، ولمنع انتشار الأمراض.
