Watan – A spine-chilling video has emerged from a U.S. amusement park, capturing the terrifying moments when a ride malfunctioned, leaving its passengers suspended upside down. The footage paints a distressing picture as dozens of thrill-seekers are seen trapped, hanging head-first in mid-air due to the ride’s sudden breakdown.
According to media sources, this alarming incident led to several attendees suffering from chest discomfort and a loss of sensation in their legs, having been suspended for more than half an hour.
Among the trapped were Spencer Barkhouse, aged 11, and his sister, 15-year-old Mackenzie Barkhouse. When the ride initially halted, the siblings believed it to be a part of the ride’s experience. However, their perception quickly changed as they noticed emergency vehicles gathering beneath them. Spencer described the ordeal as mentally scarring, noting that many were in sheer panic, with one individual even succumbing to nausea and vomiting while being suspended.
Further details suggest that this incident occurred at an amusement park located in Ontario, Canada. Reports from one of the passengers highlighted that the park’s staff took an extra 20 minutes to safely evacuate the riders from the “Lumberjack” ride after their harrowing ordeal.
