The resistance members treated the settler and her children with great humanity, and they were not harmed

Watan – A video circulating on social media offers a glimmer of hope in the midst of the Middle East conflict. It shows Palestinian resistance members engaging compassionately with an Israeli settler and her two children during the “Al-Aqsa Deluge” operation in Gaza.

Captured from a settlement near Gaza’s border, the video reveals a distressed mother holding her child tightly. Instead of showing aggression, the resistance members reassure her of their safety. One fighter says, “No one will harm her; we uphold our humanity… cover her to keep her safe.” The footage then captures the fighters draping a blanket over the woman with respect.

Israeli Channel 12, in a comprehensive recent broadcast, highlighted the escalating situation, drawing attention to the mounting Israeli casualties. They reported a death toll that has now surpassed 350 since the beginning of the conflict. This significant and alarming surge in numbers starkly emphasizes the profound severity and intensity of the ongoing conflict.

This figure remains fluid, with analysts predicting further increases in the coming days. The Israeli military, in a somber announcement, has disclosed the identities of 26 fallen officers and soldiers from the recent intense clashes. In a parallel report, Israeli police have confirmed 30 casualties within their ranks since the onset of the Al-Aqsa Deluge operation.
