Watan – Prominent Lebanese anchor for Al Jazeera, Ghada Oueiss, shared a tweet on the “X” platform, praising the resilience of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. In her post, she wrote, “Israel succeeded in practicing Hitler’s Nazi policy that tried to exterminate the Jews. The West succeeded in destroying the credibility of human rights slogans they raised. Arab officials succeeded in their indifference and weakness!”
She emphasized that all of them failed in breaking the will of the Palestinian people and preventing Arab nations from chanting “Palestine is our cause!”.
Oueiss also criticized the Israeli occupation in another tweet, describing it as an “entity of crime, terrorism, lies, incitement, Nazism, theft, murder, racism, eavesdropping, Pegasus, and aggressive flies.”
Regarding some regimes with shameful positions on the Palestinian issue, Oueiss tweeted, “When you are a ‘hollow nut’ regime and a mere tweet defeats you, I don’t expect an honorable stance or significant action towards a just cause that concerns your own people, like the Palestinian issue. History records and will remember the name… of the failure!”

Ghada Oueiss pointed out that no statement by any Arab official matched the level of the Spanish minister’s demand, which she described as brave, to “punish Israel and cut ties with it for planning the extermination of Palestinians in Gaza.” The Spanish Minister of Social Rights had proposed referring Israel to the International Criminal Court for committing “war crimes” in Gaza.
