Watan – In emotional and passionate words, a Palestinian young man spoke about a devastating Israeli raid that destroyed his residential building, causing him to lose his only daughter, whom he was blessed with after waiting for 12 years. During a tearful television interview, the young man stated that the raid completely destroyed the residential building, resulting in the martyrdom of his daughter, his wife, his mother, his brother, and his sister. He was left with no one. He added that the building housed dozens of families, including displaced families, and the raid resulted in the martyrdom of dozens.
With a passionate tone, the young man said, “All of this is a sacrifice for Al-Aqsa, a sacrifice for Jerusalem. We will remain steadfast, God willing.” He continued, “This is my only daughter, who came after 12 years, she became a martyr, but she is a sacrifice for Jerusalem, a sacrifice for Al-Qassam, a sacrifice for Mohammed Al-Deif. Go on, Mohammed Al-Deif, burn Tel Aviv, and we are with you.”
Mohammed Al-Deif is the general commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas”, who had announced the launch of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7th.
The young man, from the Al-Akhras family, lost his only daughter, whom God blessed him with after 12 years of patience and waiting. He also lost a significant number of his family members in the massacre committed by the occupation against the family the previous day. Despite the significant wound, he challenges the occupation and says, “A sacrifice for Jerusalem, a sacrifice for Al-Qassam, a sacrifice for Mohammed Al-Deif.”

The citizens of Gaza stand bravely and with great determination in the face of an ongoing Israeli war for 21 days. The ongoing war has resulted in the martyrdom of 7,028 Palestinians, including 2,913 children, 1,709 women, and 397 elderly people. It also injured 18,484 people, in addition to more than 1,950 missing under the rubble, and entire neighborhoods were destroyed.
Despite the brutality of the Israeli attacks, which amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, and which have cost the Palestinians a horrifying price and painful losses, support for the resistance has never decreased.
The Palestinian resistance surprised Israel and the entire world on October 7th with the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation, which resulted in more than 1,400 Israeli casualties and injured more than 5,000, in addition to capturing more than 200 Israelis, including high-ranking military personnel.
