Misk, the Daughter of Gaza… A Palestinian Young Man Breaks Down in Front of His Daughter’s Body After She Was Martyred in Her Mother’s Womb (Video)

Watan – Content: Media outlets broadcasted footage of a Palestinian young man breaking down in tears, deeply affected by the martyrdom of his daughter, who was an eight-month-old fetus and was martyred in her martyred mother’s womb due to the Israeli war on Gaza. The Palestinian young man, Jad Qasim, was seen approaching his daughter’s body, addressing her while he was overwhelmed with tears, saying to her: “I wished I could see you, my dear.” The father kissed his daughter, who was not destined to see the light of day and came into life as a lifeless body.

The undertaker asked the young man to name his daughter to register her among the martyrs, so he named her “Misk” (meaning Musk). The camera lens approached the face of the girl who was born a martyr, with blood covering her face.

It is worth noting that in the current Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, more than 3,000 children were martyred, out of about 7,400 martyrs during the war. This statistic does not include the martyrs of the airstrikes on Friday evening, which were launched with Israeli brutality, complete power outage, and communication cut off, isolating the Strip from the world, making it impossible to update the martyrs’ statistics.

The Palestinian News Agency reported that civil defense and ambulance crews were unable to reach the bombing sites to evacuate the injured or retrieve the martyrs. Meanwhile, citizens tried to transfer the martyrs and the injured on carts and in private vehicles.

Gaza witnessed the most violent bombing on Friday evening and early Saturday by the Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of the war. The Israeli artillery continued its intense and heavy shelling of sites in the northern Gaza Strip, in conjunction with aerial and naval bombardment across the Strip.
