Watan – In a new painful scene from the Gaza Strip, which is undergoing a brutal and unprecedented Israeli war in its ferocity, a Palestinian mother was seen embracing her child for the last time.
In a touching video clip, the Palestinian woman warmly embraced her child for the last time after he was martyred in a violent raid carried out by the Israeli army on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.
In this farewell embrace, the mother cried bitterly and kissed her martyred child, then held him close in a heartbreaking scene.
Huge Toll of Children Among the War Martyrs:
It should be noted that in the current Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, more than 3000 children have been martyred, out of approximately 7400 martyrs during the war.
This statistic does not include the martyrs of the Friday evening raids, which were launched with Israeli brutality, accompanied by a complete blackout of electricity and communications, leaving the sector isolated from the world. Consequently, it was not possible to update the statistics of the martyrs.
Difficulties in Accessing Bombing Sites:
The Palestinian News Agency reported that civil defense and ambulance crews were unable to reach the bombing sites to evacuate the injured or retrieve the martyrs. Meanwhile, citizens tried to transport the martyrs and the injured on carts and in private vehicles.
Given the massacres committed by the Israeli army on Friday evening and early Saturday, it is certain that the death toll will record a significant increase.
The Most Violent Bombing on Gaza:
On Friday evening and early Saturday, the Gaza Strip witnessed the most violent bombing by the Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of the war.
The occupation’s artillery continued its intense and concentrated bombardment of sites in northern Gaza Strip, simultaneously with aerial and naval bombardment of all areas of the sector.
