Many activists, like Saleh Al-Jaafari, who shared the image on his Facebook page, reacted to the video. He commented, “I swear we will not be defeated… He was under the rubble for more than 6 hours, and there was a fire near him. The whole area was bombarded with missiles while he was under the rubble. Despite all this, he raised our spirits. Do you expect a people like this to surrender?”
The commander of the Southern Region in the Israeli army, Yaron Finkelman, said on Tuesday that the Israeli army is engaged in a complex, difficult, and costly war against the resistance movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip.
Finkelman added, as reported by Al-Jazeera Net, that the Israeli army is fighting for the first time in decades in the heart of Gaza City, emphasizing that Hamas’ attack on October 7th last year caused them serious injuries, and the events of that day hurt them deeply.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that the number of martyrs due to Israeli attacks since October 7th last year has risen to 10,468, including 4,237 children, 2,719 women, and 631 elderly people. The number of wounded has exceeded 27,000, according to the Palestinian News Agency.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced on Tuesday evening that they had fired a rocket barrage at Tel Aviv in central Israel in response to what they described as “massacres” against civilians.
The Al-Qassam Brigades also stated that they had managed to destroy 15 Israeli military vehicles on the outskirts of the Shati refugee camp and Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip within the past 24 hours, despite the aggressions of the oppressive occupation, “raising the victory sign” after his house was targeted in the Shati refugee camp in the Gaza Strip.
