Days ago, Megan Rice appeared in a widely circulated video, speaking emotionally about not having formally pronounced the Shahada yet. However, she mentioned that every time she receives news related to Gaza, she feels a closer connection to Islam.

She expressed, ‘Nothing has touched my heart like the Quran has in my life. I have never received anything that bows me down like the peace I get from the Quran.

The resilience of Palestinians leads to the conversion of an American to Islam

In a poignant scene, the newly converted Muslim appears, expressing admiration for the faith of Palestinians, noting that they seem armored with faith even in the face of losing everything.

She mentioned that some people told her that this is Islam and encouraged her to read the Quran.

Later, activists officially announced her conversion to Islam, and Megan herself posted a video on her TikTok account wearing the Islamic hijab, reading the Quran, and reciting the Shahada with the assistance of someone.

She received a flood of comments and congratulations from followers, and her name trended on social media, along with images of her wearing the hijab and her voice reciting the Shahada.
