Israeli Actor: “We must mobilize millions and besiege Netanyahu’s house until he departs”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

Watan-In a clear indicator of the tension and stifling crises gripping various levels of the occupier society, following the military defeats of the Israeli army at the hands of the resistance, Israeli actor Monashi Noy called on Israelis to take to the streets in millions and besiege the home of Benjamin Netanyahu until he resigns.

This came during a protest camp organized in front of the Knesset, where families of the deceased began demanding Netanyahu’s dismissal.

Monashi Noy stated in a video posted by the Hebrew site “Or-ly Barlev,” “We will besiege Netanyahu with millions, and he will step down.”

He continued, addressing Israeli officials held responsible, “We will prevent them from continuing this.”

Addressing those who have not yet taken action, he said, “So, if you are waiting for crowds in the streets, the crowds are already there. We must go in front of his house, in reference to Netanyahu, and inform him, and this must stop.”

Protests Outside Netanyahu’s Residence

Earlier this month, violent clashes erupted between protesters and the occupation police in front of Netanyahu’s residence in Tel Aviv.

In a video broadcast by Al-Jazeera at that time, several Israelis, including elderly individuals, were seen engaging with members of the occupation forces. Others were shouting angrily and expressing discontent towards Netanyahu.

Decline in Netanyahu’s Popularity

The Hebrew newspaper “Yisrael Hayom” reported that thousands of settlers participated in a demonstration against Netanyahu in front of his house, demanding his immediate resignation.

Last week, a poll by the Ma’ariv daily showed a decline in the popularity of the Prime Minister since the “Operation Al-Aqsa Storm” carried out by Hamas.

The survey, citing Israeli writer Jeff Abramovitz, affirmed that if elections were held today, Netanyahu’s ruling coalition would be ousted from power.

The poll indicated that only 21 percent believed, the day after the war, that Netanyahu should remain prime minister, while 66 percent preferred someone else.
