Watan-According to an investigation by Al Jazeera, the Israeli army has committed a range of violations, including harassment of civilians and mistreatment of the bodies of martyrs, during the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
The violations by the Israeli army targeted dozens of Palestinians in Gaza, including children.
The investigation included footage dating back to October 31, showing soldiers dragging handcuffed and bound young individuals, leaving them exposed in the open for hours.
Upon comparing the circulated footage with another clip, it was found that the soldiers’ uniforms, boots, and hats matched those of soldiers from the Kfir Brigade, one of the largest brigades in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Another video, dated October 29, depicted an Israeli soldier tying the feet of a Palestinian martyr with a rope, followed by an armored vehicle dragging him across desert terrain.
The images of the violations were presented to a forensic medical center, which confirmed that some of the bodies belonged to males in their twenties, aged between ten and fifteen years.
The footage indicated that the detainees were not armed and did not possess weapons or military attire and equipment.
Israeli War Crimes in Gaza: International Outcry and Legal Actions
Numerous international human rights organizations have documented that the Israeli army has committed a multitude of war crimes during the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip.
One of the most egregious war crimes perpetrated by the Israeli military was the launching of 152 attacks on the healthcare infrastructure in Gaza.
Israel attempted to justify its attacks on medical facilities by alleging that Palestinian resistance groups were using hospitals as military headquarters. However, Israel failed to provide any evidence for these claims, amidst the denial of such accusations by the resistance.
Complaint to the International Criminal Court Against Israeli Crimes
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that his country had submitted a complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate war crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza.
Ramaphosa stated that South Africa believes Israel is committing war crimes and acts of genocide in Gaza, including the destruction of hospitals and public infrastructure.
