Israeli police investigations: The Harrowing Truth of the Nova Music Festival Tragedy during Operation Al-Aqsa Deluge
Destruction at the Venue of the Event Organized by Settlers Adjacent to the Gaza Strip

watan-In a shocking revelation, Haaretz newspaper, citing Israeli police investigations, disclosed that it was the occupying army that killed the celebrants present at the music concert near the Gaza Strip during the Operation Al-Aqsa Deluge.

According to Israeli police investigations, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, were unaware of the music concert near Kibbutz Re’im during the attack on October 7th of last year.

According to the newspaper, Israeli security estimates indicate that the planners of the attack from resistance factions were not aware in advance of the music festival. They decided to target the concert spontaneously after discovering that a popular event was taking place in the area.

Senior Israeli security officials explained that Hamas learned about the Nova music festival through drones or those who parachuted, directing some of their members to the site using their communication system.

According to these investigations, the initial Al-Qassam members who arrived at the concert came from Street 232 (areas within Israel that resistance elements had taken control of), not from the direction of the security fence, meaning from inside the Gaza Strip.

An Israeli aircraft fired upon the celebrants

According to Israeli police investigations, a military helicopter belonging to the Israeli army opened fire on participants at the “Nova” music festival near Kibbutz Re’im. The incident occurred as the helicopter attempted to target fighters from Palestinian resistance factions who had arrived at the event.

As reported by Haaretz, a police official revealed that the investigation uncovered that the military helicopter arrived at the scene from the Ramat David base and fired upon the resistance fighters. It appears that some of the celebrants present at the festival were also hit by the gunfire.

The charred bodies reveal the perpetrator

The presence of charred bodies, as reported by the newspaper, corroborates the conclusions reached by the police investigation. This points to the fact that the Al-Qassam Brigades do not possess incendiary weapons, implicating the Israeli air force in the killing of the celebrants.

The report adds that several pilots admitted to the possibility of unintentionally bombing Israelis due to a lack of knowledge about their location and targets. According to the police, 364 people were killed in the festival.

The police arrived at these findings based on investigations with several Palestinian detainees in the “Gaza Strip” region following the “Al-Aqsa Deluge” operation.

Police investigations also revealed that the concert was initially scheduled to take place near Re’im on Thursday and Friday. However, on the Tuesday of the same week, the army granted organizers permission to extend it for an additional day (Saturday).

According to the police, “this last-minute change reinforces the assessment that Hamas was unaware of the event.”
