Capturing the Realities Inside Indonesian Hospital Amidst the Humanitarian Truce, Revealing the Horrors of Israeli Occupation

Watan-Journalist Anas Al-Shareef Documents the Reality at an Indonesian Hospital During the Humanitarian Ceasefire in Gaza”

Anas Al-Shareef, a journalist, documented the conditions at an Indonesian hospital during the days of the humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza. It’s worth noting that this hospital had been subjected to bombing and intrusion in the hours leading up to the ceasefire.

Al-Shareef, broadcasting footage for Al Jazeera, stated that he managed to reach the besieged hospital, which was surrounded by Israeli occupation forces.

He further added that the extent of the damage to the hospital is immense due to the bombardment by the Israeli occupation forces, emphasizing that the hospital has become unfit for any medical use.

Subsequently, Al-Shareef used his lens to showcase the horrifying scale of destruction inflicted upon the hospital as a result of the Israeli occupation’s aggression.

The Gaza Ministry of Health announced the complete evacuation of the Indonesian hospital, and efforts are underway to evacuate the remaining wounded from the Al-Shifa Medical Complex during the second day of the ceasefire.

Israeli Occupation Forces Raid on the Indonesian Hospital

Prior to the Gaza ceasefire, the Israeli occupation forces carried out a raid on the Indonesian hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of a wounded woman and the injury and arrest of six others.

The occupation forces stormed the hospital following intense shelling and siege, leading to the death of an injured woman, the injury of three others, and the arrest of an equal number.

Earlier, the Israeli army had directly targeted the Indonesian hospital with airstrikes, resulting in the death of workers, injuries to patients and displaced individuals, and harm to critical facilities, including operating rooms and the oxygen station inside.
