Israeli Occupation Faces Significant Losses in Gaza Battles: Names of Fallen Officers Disclosed
Watan-The Hebrew website “Walla” revealed on Monday, October 4th, the approval of the Israeli occupation leadership to disclose the names of three Israeli officers who fell in the battles in the Gaza Strip, as part of the significant losses that Israel is facing at the hands of Palestinian resistance factions.
With this disclosure, the number of Israeli occupation casualties since the beginning of the war rises to 401. According to reports from the battlefield, a soldier from Battalion 601 in Brigade 401 was seriously wounded in the battles in the northern Gaza Strip.
The casualties include Brigadier Reserve Neriah Sha’ar (36 years old) from Battalion 6655 in Brigade 55, and Brigadier Reserve Ben Zosman (22 years old) from the Patrols Department of Battalion 601 in Brigade 401.
In addition, Sergeant Benjamin Yehoshua Nedham (19 years old), a fighter in Battalion 601 in Brigade 401, was also killed, as confirmed by the Hebrew website among the 400 casualties. However, the resistance asserts that the losses of the occupation are much higher.
The Hebrew website “Walla” published photos of the mentioned casualties, while battles in northern Gaza indicate that the occupation’s claims of advancement are unfounded, and the resistance continues to maintain control over most of the Palestinian territory.
Qatari channel “Al Jazeera” also reported on other officers killed in the Gaza battles, including Colonel Asaf Hamami, the commander of the Southern Brigade in the Gaza Division, and Colonel Yonatan Steinberg, the commander of the Nahal Brigade, who was killed in a firefight near Karam Abu Salam.
