61 Days of War on Gaza
The Israeli war on Gaza persists for the 61st consecutive day, with the latest official tally from the Gaza Health Ministry indicating that the number of martyrs since the beginning of the war has risen to 16,248, including 7,112 children and 4,885 women. Meanwhile, the number of injuries has exceeded 43,000.
In the past hours, Israeli airstrikes have concentrated on the southern part of the Gaza Strip, targeting several areas, including Bani Suhaila.
Despite the ongoing war, tens of thousands of Palestinian evacuees from Gaza City and residents of Khan Yunis continue to move towards the southern part of the Strip, following warnings from the Israeli military of an impending attack on the areas they currently inhabit.
Kamal Adwan Hospital Taken Out of Service
As the war persists, the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza continues to unfold. The latest development in this regard is the announcement from the Gaza Health Ministry about the forced closure of Kamal Adwan Hospital by the occupation.
In a statement, Gaza Health reported that the Israeli forces, advancing in the northern part of the Strip, forcibly took Kamal Adwan Hospital out of service using tanks and acts of terror.
It further emphasized that over 400,000 people in the northern part of the Strip are now without any medical services, as the genocidal campaign against the defenseless Palestinian population continues.
