Watan-The video captured a tragic scene of a Palestinian woman embracing the lifeless body of her martyred child, who fell victim to one of the occupation’s airstrikes during the aggressive war on the Gaza Strip.
The devastated mother, seen breaking down in tears, pleads with her son for forgiveness if she ever fell short in caring for him. Another woman is observed attempting to console her, saying, “You did your best for him.”

The mother of the martyr expressed, “By Allah, I struggled for him, and I took 580 injections of heparin.”
This martyr child perished in an Israeli airstrike on the city of Rafah, adding his name to the list of children martyred in the devastating Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.
Ongoing Atrocities in Gaza
The Israeli war on Gaza has entered its 62nd day, with the death toll continuing to rise, especially among children who have emerged as tragic victims in the current conflict.
The occupation forces have committed further massacres in Khan Yunis, Jabalia, and the city of Gaza. The number of martyrs has surpassed 16,000, and the wounded exceed 43,000, with the majority being women and children.
A Child Martyr Every 10 Minutes
Richard Peppercorn, a representative of the World Health Organization in the occupied Palestinian territories, reported that a Palestinian child becomes a martyr every ten minutes in the Gaza Strip, which has been under attack by Israel since October 7th of last year.
Speaking at a press conference in the United Nations office in Geneva, Switzerland, Peppercorn stated, “I believe we are approaching one of the darkest moments in human history. We need a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.”
He explained that 16,000 people have been martyred in Gaza since October 7th of the previous year, with more than 60% of them being women and children. Peppercorn pointed out that Israeli attacks have also resulted in over 42,000 injuries in the besieged region.
Peppercorn warned that the situation in the sector is worsening every hour as Israel intensifies its bombardment in the south around the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah.
