Tragedy Unveiled: Israeli War Crime in Gaza – Woman Thrown from Fifth Floor, Executed in the Field
Watan-The Israeli occupation army has not left any war crime uncommitted during the brutal war it has been waging on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of October of last year.
One of the worst and most horrifying crimes of the occupation occurred in the Shujaiya neighborhood east of the city of Gaza, and it was revealed by Al Jazeera correspondent Isma’il al-Ghoul.

Al-Ghoul stated that the Israeli occupation forces threw a woman from the fifth floor and executed her in the field in front of her family after she fell to the ground in an area that witnessed many crimes of the Israeli aggression.
He added that the Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the area, leading to the exposure of some of the brutality of the crimes committed by the occupation in those regions.
The Israeli occupation army committed various forms of war crimes in the brutal and ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, which resulted in nearly 21,000 martyrs alongside tens of thousands of wounded and missing.
A UN Call for the Establishment of a New International Court
In this context, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to housing, Balakrishnan Rajagopal, called for the creation of a new international court if the International Criminal Court (ICC) does not take swift action on Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
Rajagopal stated that what is happening in Gaza is a result of what he called “institutional impunity.” He added that this refers to the impunity for the occupation, genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
Rajagopal emphasized that if the ICC does not act very soon, there will be a need for a special international court for Gaza and for action from the international community.
