Mujahideen Brigades Target Israeli Warship: Gaza Sea Footage Reveals Resistance

Watan-The Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, broadcasted footage of their targeting of an Israeli military boat in the Gaza Sea.

The footage documented the Mujahideen Brigades targeting the Israeli warship west of Gaza City with a Saeer missile.

The scenes initially showed the Israeli boat assaulting Palestinian civilians from the sea. Following that, a member of the Mujahideen Brigades appeared preparing the missile to launch it towards the Israeli boat, which was subsequently targeted.

The missile used in the attack is a Saeer launcher, an anti-armor and anti-personnel weapon with an effective range of 3000 meters, produced by the Mujahideen Brigades.

The resistance foils the occupation’s plans

The Mujahideen Brigades announced that their fighters targeted gatherings of Israeli occupation forces with mortar shells northwest of the beach area in Gaza City.

They stated that their fighters targeted the enemy’s soldiers and military vehicles with mortar shells and short-range rockets southeast of Zaytoun and southwest of Tal al-Hawa in the advancing axes in Gaza City.

The Mujahideen Brigades are the military wing of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, which split from Fatah. Formerly, its forces represented a brigade within the Martyrs of Al-Aqsa Battalions.

Salem Atallah, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, commented on the footage of the boat targeting, stating, “What we have shown of targeting the occupation’s boats is part of our participation in defending our people.”

He added that the resistance has thwarted all the plans of the occupation government in Gaza, stating, “We work in coordination with all resistance factions in Gaza, and we are an integral part of the Joint Operations Room.”
