Secret Talks and Controversial Plans: Israel's Pursuit of Palestinian Displacement

Watan-In a time when Palestinians cling to their lands in rejection of displacement schemes pursued by the occupying authorities, Hebrew media revealed that Israel is holding secret talks with the Democratic Republic of Congo to accommodate migrants (Palestinians) from the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli news site “Times of Israel” reported that Israeli officials conducted secret talks with the Congo and several other countries for the possible acceptance of Palestinian migrants from Gaza.

The site quoted an unnamed source from the Israeli mini-cabinet, stating, “The Congo is ready to receive migrants, and we are in talks with others.”

The source mentioned that Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel said in the Knesset on Tuesday that after the war, there would be no municipal authorities in Gaza, and civilians would rely entirely on humanitarian aid, according to her claims.

She added, “60% of agricultural lands in Gaza will be turned into security buffer zones.”

Regarding this, the U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated in a statement that the United States rejects the recent statements by Israeli ministers Tzachi Hanegbi and Itamar Ben-Gvir, who advocate resettling Palestinians outside the Gaza Strip.

In recent weeks, there have been Israeli calls for the voluntary displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.

Ministers Ben-Gvir and Hanegbi announced their support for the “voluntary displacement of Palestinians” from the Gaza Strip on Monday.

News about Tony Blair’s role in the plan to displace Palestinians has emerged

A few days ago, Hebrew media sources revealed that Israel intends to enlist the former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, to mediate with Western countries to persuade them to accept Palestinian refugees from the Gaza Strip after the end of the war on Gaza.

The Israeli Channel 12 reported that Blair made a secret visit to Israel last week, where he held undisclosed meetings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Benny Gantz to discuss this issue.

During the meetings, Blair proposed the idea of serving as a mediator between Israel and Western countries regarding Israel’s plan to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.

This move has sparked widespread Palestinian anger. A Blair-affiliated institute denied the Israeli reports about his new role, describing it as a lie. The institute stated that the residents of Gaza should be able to remain in their homeland, according to its statement.
