Watan-Al Jazeera channel obtained exclusive footage of an ambush carried out by the fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades against a Zionist force south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza. The ambush resulted in one fatality and one injury.

One of the scenes showed an overturned military vehicle with a number of occupation soldiers walking beside it. They were identified as targets from an elevated position and were targeted by the support group affiliated with Al-Qassam.

Al-Qassam Brigades eliminate Israeli soldiers in Gaza

The Al-Qassam Brigades successfully target Israeli soldiers in Gaza, and a part of the Israeli force appears to be fleeing towards a house, only to be directly shot at.

In another scene, several destroyed vehicles are visible, and behind them is the “Duty Execution” group affiliated with Al-Qassam, engaging with a special force of the occupying army.

•  Israeli Soldiers

The voice of one of the resistance fighters can be heard shouting, “Allahu Akbar, and thanks be to God,” as the confrontation continues. Another fighter can be heard with enthusiastic tone saying, “Withdraw,” and then he asks other resistance members to secure the area, indicating his intention to move to another location.

The footage also captures the “Rescue Teams” group of Al-Qassam Brigades targeting the vehicles and machinery rushing to aid the enemy soldiers. A military vehicle near empty residential buildings is identified as a target and is quickly turned into a mass of flames.

A resistance member inside a tunnel is heard saying, “Now, an Israeli explosion with the force of pigs in the Zaytoun neighborhood.” Another resistance member is then shown walking in the narrow tunnel, planting an explosive device that soon detonates upon the arrival of an approaching military force.

Targeting an infantry force

Al-Qassam Brigades stated on Tuesday that it detonated two tunnels as Israeli forces approached them near the eyes of the tunnels, resulting in the enemy soldiers facing casualties, including one killed and one wounded, south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in the city of Gaza.

They also reported targeting an Israeli infantry force with machine guns, inflicting casualties among them. Additionally, the brigades mentioned targeting a ‘Hummer’ type vehicle that arrived to rescue the (Israeli) force with an ‘RBG’ rocket, causing direct injuries in the southern part of the Zaytoun neighborhood.

Furthermore, Al-Qassam fighters managed to engage with an Israeli infantry force using machine guns near the Kuwait intersection south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in the city of Gaza.
