Watan-An Israeli reserve soldier, Omar Bitzeniyash, criticized the politicians and media of the occupation regarding their brutal war against the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that they are out of touch with reality and heading towards suicide.
Omar, in statements reported by media outlets, stated that Israeli politicians and media are promoting a narrative far from reality regarding what is happening in the Gaza Strip.
The enlisted soldier, who has repeatedly called for protests to prevent the withdrawal of reserve soldiers, added: “I am not protesting for political reasons, but because I am in the field and see things clearly.”

The occupation and its media are contradicting the reality
She continued that the occupation is heading towards suicide “if it continues in the same way it is going now,” noting that the war has become existential.
Bitzeniyash mentioned that Israel needs to change its policy and make decisions to ensure it does not return to what it experienced in the past because it would mean heading towards a dreadful failure.
She added, “We are talking about recovering the kidnapped (prisoners), but we also need to recover security.”
A testimony from the heart of the field!
Bitzeniyash responded to the military correspondent Nir Dvori, who urged those who criticize the soldiers to go to the Gaza Strip to witness the soldiers’ activities.
In the context of this response, the reserve soldier in the occupation forces stated, “I am coming from the field after hearing the same narrative from the soldiers and many others.”
One of the settlers accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of dismantling Israeli society and weakening it.
Settler Yaakov Itah from Sderot stated that Netanyahu should step down, adding, “I was raised on Zionism at home, you are avenging us, leave us.”
