Watan-An incident of vehicular ramming and stabbing occurred in the city of Ra’anana, north of Tel Aviv, resulting in at least one fatality and serious injuries.

Magen David Adom (Israeli ambulance service) stated that the incident resulted in the injury of 19 individuals, with helicopters being used to transport the wounded. Hebrew sources claimed that the perpetrator of the attack has been arrested.

Israeli Channel 14 reported the death of one person and at least four others suffering serious injuries in the incident.

The incident took place on Jerusalem and Haharoshet streets in Ra’anana, where the assailant struck pedestrians on Jerusalem Street.

Afterward, he proceeded to Haharoshet Street, where he stabbed several Israelis before being shot and injured.

The municipality also instructed educational institutions to keep students inside schools and not release them to their homes until the situation is resolved by the police and security forces.
