Tragic Footage: Palestinian Youth’s Final Moments Before Martyrdom Revealed

Watan-The channel “Al Jazeera” obtained footage it claimed was from the phone of a Palestinian youth just before his martyrdom. The video documented his final moments as he inspected his family’s house in the Abasan area, east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip. Shortly afterward, he was targeted by an Israeli airstrike, resulting in his immediate martyrdom.

On Thursday, Israeli shelling targeted the “Abasan” area east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, leading to the martyrdom of two individuals and causing several injuries. The wounded were transported to the European Hospital in Gaza for treatment.

The footage from the youth‘s phone revealed destroyed balconies, houses, and an empty street. As the young photographer approached one of the damaged houses, the sound of the missile was heard, causing the camera to shake, while smoke and dust filled the area.

On Friday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the Israeli occupation committed 12 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 142 martyrs and 278 injuries in the past 24 hours. The ministry stated on its Facebook page that some victims were still under the rubble and in the streets, inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense teams.

The casualty toll of the Israeli aggression on its 105th day has risen to 24,762 martyrs and 62,108 injuries since October 7th of the previous year.
