Palestinian Resistance Inflicts Unprecedented Losses on Israeli Forces in Gaza Clashes

Watan-The Israeli army continues to suffer unprecedented losses at the hands of the Palestinian resistance, which has achieved heroic feats, making the occupying forces experience some of their most difficult and challenging days.

On Tuesday, the Israeli army announced the death of 21 officers and soldiers in its ranks in central Gaza, just hours after 13 of its forces were killed in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army radio revealed that forces from Brigade 261 were conducting operations to booby-trap Palestinian homes near the buffer zone in central Gaza.

The soldiers entered 600 meters from the buffer zone, in the area of Maghazi camp, to destroy ten houses using mines. During the booby-trapping operation, they faced two attacks with RPG shells – the first launched at a tank and the second at a building containing explosives and mines.

The attacks caused the mines to explode, collapsing two buildings on the soldiers. The area turned into complete devastation, prompting the deployment of additional forces to extract the dead and evacuate the wounded.

Striking Admission from the Occupation Army

In a notable admission, the spokesperson for the Israeli army, Daniel Haggai, after releasing details of the soldiers’ deaths, acknowledged facing severe security conditions.

He described what happened in the past hours as a real disaster, emphasizing that war comes with a very high cost.

Israeli President Speaks of a ‘Sad Morning’

Israeli Prime Minister talks about a “sad morning” Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of the occupying state, Yitzhak Hertzog, described what happened in Gaza as a “sad and harsh morning.”

Earlier on Tuesday, the Israeli army had already admitted to the deaths of 10 officers and soldiers in battles in the southern Gaza Strip, adding to the three other officers announced killed the previous night, bringing the total to 13 killed so far in these clashes.

Precision strikes by the resistance against the occupation

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas,” announced the destruction of an Israeli military vehicle with a Yasin 105 shell in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip. The area has witnessed Israeli incursions, intense fighting, and heavy shelling since Monday morning.

 

The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, reported that they detonated an Israeli tank with a penetrating explosive in the western Khan Yunis axis near the Japanese neighborhood.

Several Israeli platforms spoke of a catastrophe that befell the occupying forces in the past hours, but military censorship prevented them from publishing details.

At this time, the Israeli army has officially admitted to the death of 556 officers and soldiers since Operation Guardian of the Walls, including 220 killed since the ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.
