Israeli Female Soldiers Captives

Watan-The military wing of the Hamas movement, the Al-Qassam Brigades, published a video on Friday claiming to feature three Israeli female soldiers who are captive, demanding the Israeli government to stop the war and return them to their homes.

One of the captives, named “Karina,” appeared in the video, stating that she is a 19-year-old soldier from Jerusalem, captured on October 7th from the “Nahal Oz” base.

She mentioned being held captive for 107 days, and expressed fear for her life due to continuous attacks, bombings, and tank shelling. She stated, “I live under fire all the time, escaping from place to place because you do not stop the war.”

Karina placed her hand on her chest, saying, “I fear for my life,” and continued, “All the time, I live in fear for my life, and I don’t sleep at night. How did I reach a point where I fear my own state more than I fear Hamas?”

“Israeli Captive: ‘I feel shame and disgrace”

The Israeli captive addressed the Israeli government, accusing them of lying to their citizens and families by claiming to do everything possible to bring them back home. She questioned, “What is happening? Do you not care about my situation? Am I nothing to you? I could be one of your daughters.”

Addressing the Israeli government and ministers, she said, “You continue to send soldiers to their death, and you continue to kill prisoners like me. You only think about yourselves.”

The Israeli captive concluded with a message to her family, expressing love and longing for them. She urged them to be strong and appealed for the government to bring them back alive to their homes.

“You almost killed me”

Another captive named “Danielle Gelboim,” a 19-year-old soldier from Petah Tikva, spoke about the fear she experiences under constant bombardment and how she almost died in one of the attacks. She questioned the Israeli army’s whereabouts during the October 7th attack when she was captured.

Danielle expressed her disappointment, asking why, as a soldier who served her country, she now feels abandoned. She demanded the government’s intervention to bring them all back alive to their homes.

“Sounds of bombing above my head”

A third captive named “Doron,” from Kibbutz Kfar Gaza, mentioned her 107 days in captivity and the constant danger she faces. She screamed in emotional distress, accusing the Israeli government of killing her comrades and abandoning them since day one.

The captives urged their families to be strong and pleaded for their safe return home. The video reflects the ongoing tension and negotiations between Hamas and the Israeli government over the release of prisoners.
