Caught on Camera: Israeli Airstrike Targets Gaza Mosque Amid the Israeli Ongoing war

Watan-Video footage captured the moment the Israeli occupation army bombed a mosque in the city of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, during the brutal war that has been ongoing since October 7th of last year.

This scene was documented by chance, as the video recorder aimed the camera at a number of trucks loaded with humanitarian aid.

While documenting the movement of the trucks, a violent bombing occurred just a few meters away, as the Israeli occupation forces targeted one of the mosques in Deir al-Balah.

Systematic Targeting of Mosques

The Israeli forces continue to target mosques in the Gaza Strip through airstrikes and explosions as part of their ongoing brutal aggression since October 7th/October.

An Israeli soldier had previously posted on his Instagram account scenes of the demolition of the “Tameem al-Dari” mosque in the town of Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip, as part of a systematic targeting campaign that affected hundreds of mosques.

Numerous Mosques Destroyed by the Occupation

According to the latest statistics from the Gaza government’s media office, Israel has completely destroyed around 157 mosques and partially destroyed 246 mosques since the beginning of the war.

However, approximate statistics indicate that over a thousand mosques have been completely or partially destroyed in the Gaza Strip as part of a systematic campaign against the houses of God.
