Exposed: Zionist-American-Egyptian Plan to Displace Gaza's Refugees from Rafah

Watan-The Lebanese newspaper “Al-Akhbar” revealed in a serious report a (Israeli-American-Egyptian) plan, in which other parties participated to deport displaced people from Gaza, Rafah, and consists of 8 items.

The newspaper said in its report published on Monday, monitored by “Watan”, that there is a Zionist project with Egyptian-American approval and other parties, to deport hundreds of thousands of displaced people from Rafah to new areas.

After the alarming picture of human rights violations and brutal crimes by Israel against Palestinians, which appear on screens, Washington seeks to determine a timeline and geographical extent to ensure it does not repeat what happened in other areas.

The Americans are facing embarrassment in front of public opinion, especially after the International Court decision.

The content of the Zionist-American plan to deport Palestinians from Rafah According to the source, the plan consists of 8 items, which are:

Achieving a political-security agreement between “Israel” and each of Egypt, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates. The agreement includes the establishment, funding, and management of new camps, with the United States paying Egypt what Cairo promises to spend.

Determine the new location for the displaced gathering in the western areas of the Gaza Strip exclusively and within a coastal strip extending from the Mouassi area (southwest of the sector) to the Sheikh Ajleen area (north of Gaza City).

Between 12 and 15 gathering points are identified, called “camp villages”. The largest of these will be in two spots; one in the southern Mouassi area, and the other in Sharm Park near the center of the sector. The plan ends up with about a million Palestinians being trapped in the mentioned camps.

Complete isolation of northern Gaza from the Sheikh Ajleen area, and the entire area north of Wadi Gaza towards the east. No humanitarian support activities are to be carried out in northern Gaza, and the remaining population in the north is to be pushed to displacement to the camp locations to receive support. Around 25,000 tents will be set up in each “camp village”, and some may have more.

The displaced will be distributed at these points, according to databases that take into account family ties, or whether they are from the same towns or neighborhoods before displacement.

To repeat the attempt made in Rafah and failed, by obliging people to choose representatives for them, whether from elders or dignitaries, to manage the coordination process, and ensure the absence of any civilian, political, or administrative role for anyone affiliated with the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas.

Emirati-Egyptian role

The newspaper mentioned that the Israeli occupation will take over the closure of all border crossings from the Egyptian side, including the Rafah and Kerem Abu Salem crossings, and make the movement of trucks coming from Egypt or Jordan through the crossings located at the eastern border of the sector.

The movement path will also be limited to one line that enters from the center of the sector and then spreads along the maritime road (Rashid Street) as is the case with people movement.

Regarding aid, the countries wanting to provide aid are committed to deposit what they have under the custody of both the Egyptian and Jordanian sides.

The plan includes that the UAE will establish a floating port, in the area opposite to Sharm Park. Assistance will be unloaded and distributed there through cars via Rashid Street, with this aid subject to pre-inspection by the Israeli occupation.

The Egyptian authorities will have a role in the process of setting up camps, pitching tents, temporary sanitation centers, as well as water supply centers (funded by American-Saudi funding).

“Field clinics” are established, and the decision to evacuate the wounded remains in the hands of Egypt, which coordinates it with the occupation forces, as is happening now.

Cairo sends lists of those supposed to leave the sector, from civilians and wounded, along with the Israeli occupation, which grants approval or not.
