Dark Day in Austria: Afghan Man’s Brutal Attack in Brothel
Watan-A horrific massacre took place in a brothel in Austria, perpetrated by a young Afghan man who stabbed 3 girls to death inside with a knife, while a fourth managed to escape after locking herself in a room and hearing her companions screaming as they were being stabbed.
Austrian media reported that the police began interrogating the suspect on Saturday afternoon, revealing him to be an Afghan asylum seeker who was arrested in a park near the scene of the gruesome massacre.
Upon arrival at the brothel, named “Sensual Massage Parlor,” after reports of the bloody incident, emergency services found the victims seriously injured with stab wounds, quickly realizing they had already been killed.

A worker at the brothel located in the “Brigittenau” area, one of the poorest areas in Vienna where three young women were brutally killed in a knife massacre, said she “locked herself in a room” and heard her colleagues being killed.
She managed to avoid the horrific stabbing incident on Friday night by hiding in a separate room, according to police spokesperson Philip Haslinger.
The survivor, who claimed she didn’t see the killer, has now been interrogated by the police as the sole witness in the absence of any other eyewitnesses.
Authorities were told that the door to her hiding place remained closed throughout the duration of the massacre, which took place in several rooms where bodies were found in separate rooms.
Arrest of the suspect
The police began interrogating the Afghan suspect, who was arrested near the scene of the gruesome massacre and is believed to have been the last client at the brothel before carrying out his crime. He is 27 years old and an Afghan asylum seeker.
Police said he acted aggressively upon arrest and had to be subdued with electric shock before being taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained, which Mr. Haslinger said were likely incurred during the attack.
