Gaza’s Tragic Famine: Israeli Soldier’s Provocative Act Amidst Hunger Crisis
The occupation army crushes food supplies while Palestinians die of hunger

Watan-At a time when the residents of the Gaza Strip are living through a painful tragedy with the spread of famine, leading to recorded cases of death due to starvation or malnutrition, an Israeli occupation soldier has engaged in provocative behavior.

The Israeli soldier set up an account on social media platforms with the aim of spreading recorded footage of the crushing of food cans in Gaza, while Palestinians are dying of hunger in the Strip.

One of these videos showed an Israeli military vehicle crushing food items on the ground in one of Gaza’s streets.

This provocative scene is one of many scenes shared by the Israeli soldier, as appeared on his TikTok account, where he displayed several scenes of crushing food cans.

The people of the Gaza Strip are suffering from a terrifying famine amidst the continued war on the territory alongside the suffocating blockade imposed on it.

2.2 million people on the brink of famine The World Food Program previously reported that its teams have reported “unprecedented levels of despair,” while the United Nations warned that 2.2 million people are now on the brink of famine.

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) warned that the alarming food shortage, increasing malnutrition, and diseases could lead to an “explosion” in child deaths in Gaza.

One out of every six children under the age of two in Gaza suffers from severe malnutrition, according to estimates from UNICEF published this February.

In an attempt to alleviate their hunger, the residents of the Gaza Strip have resorted to consuming rotten corn remnants, unfit animal feed for human consumption, and even tree leaves.
