Watan-The military media of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, published recorded scenes of epic battles that its fighters engaged in with the invading forces of the Israeli army in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City.

The footage showed the fighters monitoring the Israeli soldiers, their positions, and booby-trapping a house with an F-16 missile from the remnants of the occupation that did not explode, as well as luring an Israeli occupation force to it.

Additionally, it showed the detonation of the booby-trapped house with the missile after the forces had taken position in it, completely destroying it.

Al-Quds Brigades’ Battles Against Occupation Forces in Al-Zaytoun Neighborhood

Al-Quds Brigades’ battles with the occupation forces in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood were depicted in the scenes captured by “Watan.” An Israeli soldier was seen amidst the destruction beside a dilapidated tank, marked as a target with an inverted red triangle.

In another scene, a resistance fighter inside a demolished house aimed a launcher through a broken window towards a house sheltering a Zionist special forces unit, turning it into a mass of fire and thick black smoke filling the street within seconds.

In another scene, a resistance fighter extended a machine gun from a gap opened in an abandoned building towards a number of tanks and military vehicles at a crossroads, repeating the Quranic verse: “And you did not throw when you threw, but it was Allah who threw,” then fired a shell towards the dual target.

Another resistance fighter appeared directing a launcher from a hole pierced in a wall towards a number of Israeli tanks, turning them into the fate of their predecessors. From the balcony of a house on the first long street, another resistance fighter targeted a marked objective in the middle of the street to be hit.

Explosion of a military vehicle and downing of an Israeli drone

Today, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that they detonated an Israeli military vehicle with an explosive device in the vicinity of a junction south of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City. Al-Quds Brigades also broadcast footage of sniping an Israeli soldier in the axes of advancement east of Khan Yunis.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Al-Quds Brigades’ members managed to down an Israeli “Quadcopter” drone and seized it while carrying out intelligence tasks east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

A video was released showing the wreckage of the downed drone and the seizure of it.
