Reappearance and Revelation: Frank Hogerbeets Resurfaces to Illuminate His Absence
Watan-After captivating the world with his terrifying earthquake predictions in various parts of the world recently, the famous Dutch seismologist, “Frank Hogerbeets,” disappeared for months without any appearance or new predictions as he always used to.
This prompted activists on social media to wonder about the secret of his sudden absence and disappearance, only to find out that this absence was due to sympathy with Gaza and the ongoing genocide by the Israeli occupation forces.
Hogerbeets tweeted on November 2nd last year, saying: “The whole world must stop and demand an end to the genocide inflicted on the people of Gaza. More than 10,000 civilians have been killed with no end in sight. This is not fighting terrorism. This is terrorism!”
He added: “There is no point in predicting earthquakes while this massacre continues. We are trying to save lives while thousands of people are being killed. It’s not right and it doesn’t feel okay, so we decided to suspend our services for now.”

Mass Genocide
Regarding the sudden disappearance, Hogerbeets said in an interview with “Al-Watan” website: “The main reason is what the Israeli occupation is doing, committing mass genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza. There is no point in predicting earthquakes during this massacre, so we decided to suspend our services for now.”
The controversial geologist added: “The whole world should stop and demand an end to the genocide being committed against the people of Gaza by the Israeli occupation attacks.”
Hogerbeets continued: “Isn’t the death of over 30,000 civilians without an end in sight enough? The actions of the occupation do not indicate fighting Palestinian factions, which they describe as terrorism. How are they terrorists?! All their actions are what indicate terrorism.”

Israel and Human Stupidity
In late October 2023, Hogerbeets tweeted from his official account on the “X” platform, saying: “Gaza will not remain as it is today, and the Israeli occupation forces will work on annexing the Gaza Strip, which is inhabited by millions of indigenous people, and the Israeli occupation will control it through its ongoing genocide in the region.”
The Dutch seismologist Frank Hogerbeets warned in December last year 2023, of the possibility that the intense Israeli bombardment of Gaza could cause a major earthquake.
Hogerbeets wrote in a tweet on his “X” -Twitter account at the time: “The world must force Israel to stop this madness. And aside from the genocide against the Palestinians, this bombing will ultimately have a major seismic impact on the region and will accelerate the occurrence of a major earthquake along the Dead Sea Transform Fault. Human stupidity.”
Annexing Palestinian land was their plan since 1948.

The Dutch seismologist, known for his support for the Palestinian cause and his strong solidarity with the people of Gaza, posted a picture of a map showing the Palestinian territories joining the occupation forces, accompanied by a comment in which he said: “If you still believe that this conflict is about ‘terrorists’, you are mistaken. Since 1948, it has always been about the expulsion of Palestinians, and that is what is happening now.”
He quoted what the Israeli minister, Amihai Eliahu, said: “Northern Gaza is more beautiful than ever. Blowing up and leveling everything is great. When we’re done, we’ll hand over the lands of Gaza to the soldiers and settlers who lived in Gush Katif.”
