Watan-In an incident that sparked widespread ridicule, Israeli occupation aircraft dropped leaflets over Gaza promoting “tolerance and mercy,” at a time when the occupation continues to commit massacres against Palestinians.
The leaflets dropped by the aircraft carried messages calling for tolerance and mercy during the upcoming month of Ramadan.
Among the phrases from the Israeli army included in the leaflets were “Feed the hungry and speak kindly, accepted fasting, forgiven sins, and delicious iftar.”
The text on the leaflets was signed “The True Opening – Opening New Horizons for the People of Gaza,” accompanied by a Star of David.

This incident sparked widespread ridicule among Palestinians for the practices of the occupying army, which has committed hundreds of massacres and dozens of war crimes.

The distribution of the leaflets comes at a time when the occupation army continues to commit massacres against Palestinians.
Earlier, the Gaza government media office revealed that the occupation committed 19 types of war crimes and crimes against humanity in violation of international law, including deliberate killing.
It also noted that the occupation forced two million Palestinians to forcibly displace. Additionally, hundreds of civilians were used as human shields during the aggression, especially in the neighborhoods of Zaytoun, Sheikh Radwan, Al-Nasr, Al-Maghazi Camp, and the western area of Gaza.
