In a tweet posted on his (X) platform account, Ryan Garcia expressed remorse, saying, “What about the children being killed in Gaza every day?! I hear them crying. I’m sorry it took me so long to speak out.”

Garcia continued by calling for peace in the Middle East and urging prayers for Jerusalem. He questioned why people believed he would lose followers at such a fast pace, emphasizing that the war affects both sides.

Reports suggest that Garcia will donate $20 million to aid Gaza residents and support Palestinians. He is scheduled to face the renowned boxer David Haynie on April 20th in Brooklyn, USA, in one of the most anticipated boxing matches of the year.

Ryan Garcia is among the most prominent boxers, having participated in 25 fights during his career, winning 23 by knockout and losing twice.

Over 31,000 Palestinian civilians, including children and women, have been killed, with over 70,000 others sustaining various injuries. Around 8,000 people are still missing or trapped under the rubble of destroyed homes during the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza, according to a report from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
