Gaza Denies Allegations of Clan Leader Executions: Unraveling the Truth Amidst Regional Tensions
Execution of the chosen leader of the Dagmash clan in Gaza for his cooperation with Israel.

Watan-The head of the Gaza government media office, Salama Maarouf, denied what was reported by the Hebrew newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth,” which was circulated by some media outlets with “suspicious agendas,” regarding allegations of executing clan leaders by the security apparatuses in Gaza, in reference to what the newspaper published about the execution of the Dagmash clan leader in the sector.

“Maarouf” considered the publication of such allegations to be part of the ongoing attempts by the occupation to destabilize the internal front and create chaos.

The head of the government media office in Gaza affirmed that “the security apparatuses are carrying out their duties according to the law, and they have a strong relationship with all the families of our people, based on adherence to the law, and mutual love and respect.”

The Hebrew newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth” claimed in a report that Hamas executed “Saleh Dagmash,” the leader of the Dagmash clan in northern Gaza, after recent rumors circulated about Israel holding talks with tribal leaders in the sector to oversee the distribution of aid to the population.

“Dagmash” is a large armed clan located in northern Gaza, possessing significant ammunition and social power.

The newspaper mentioned that this clan has armed groups in Gaza City with high capabilities in terms of armament and training.

Gaza’s clans refuse to cooperate in distributing aid except through Gaza’s security forces.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Al Jazeera reported, citing sources, that family elders in Gaza informed UN officials of a meeting refusing cooperation except through Gaza’s security apparatuses.

Family elders expressed their willingness to cooperate in the entry and distribution of aid, provided that it is coordinated with Gaza’s security apparatuses.

The channel indicated that the coordinator of the Israeli occupation government’s activities in the sector personally contacted family elders in Gaza, but his offer to cooperate was rejected.

“Plan for Majid Faraj to take over Gaza’s administration after the war”

In the same context, the official Israeli broadcasting authority (Kan) revealed details of a plan by the Israeli Minister of Defense, Yoav Galant, for post-war Gaza, including efforts for Majid Faraj, head of the Palestinian Authority intelligence, to temporarily take over the administration of the Palestinian sector.

Kan quoted informed sources as saying that the occupation is considering using Majid Faraj to establish an alternative to Hamas rule on the day after the war and to assume control of Gaza with the assistance of individuals not affiliated with Hamas.

It added that there is more to it, as the Israeli occupation is considering naming him responsible for administering Gaza on the day after the war.
