Unraveling the Role of American Intelligence in Marwan Issa’s Assassination
Watan-The Hebrew Channel 12 stated that it was the American intelligence agencies that contributed to the assassination of Marwan Issa, the leader in the Al-Qassam Brigades, Marwan Issa, the deputy of Mohammed Al-Deif, the commander of Hamas’ military wing, by pinpointing his location.
The channel mentioned that the Israeli army attacked anyone who attempted to rescue him after bombing the place where he was located, amid suspicions that “Issa” was still alive under the rubble. The U.S. National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, had previously confirmed Marwan Issa’s death in an Israeli airstrike.
Assassination of Marwan Issa

“Issa” is considered the number 3 figure in Hamas’ military wing and one of the planners of the October 7 attack, according to the occupation army.
