Watan-Military expert Fayez al-Dweiri commented on the horrific scenes revealed from the Shifa Medical Complex after the withdrawal of Israeli forces early Monday.
Al-Dweiri stated in a post on his “X” platform account: “The images broadcasted from the Shifa Complex and its surroundings reveal a portion of the crimes committed by the occupation army in the Gaza Strip.”
He added that the Shifa Complex massacre is not the first and will not be the last, as part of a series of crimes by the occupation army gangs, explaining that the coming days will reveal more of these crimes.
He continued: “The occupation state would not have committed these crimes without American and Western cover and Arab and Islamic indifference to supporting their own people.”
Al-Dweiri declared: “Injustice and tyranny cannot continue no matter how long the night lasts. All freedom-seeking peoples have paid a heavy price to reclaim their freedom and dignity, and Gaza has paid and continues to pay a hefty bill on the path to liberation with the blood of its people.”
He emphasized that this pure blood will not be in vain, and the seventh of October will remain the torch of freedom and the first step on the path to liberation and the demise of the Zionist entity, whether they like it or not.
He concluded, saying: “Yes, it’s a hefty bill that’s hard to imagine, but freedom is a tree watered with blood. O Allah, grant us the victory You promised.”

The spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza, Major Mahmoud Basal, stated that there are about 300 martyrs in the Shifa Complex and its surroundings after the withdrawal of occupation forces. He said that the occupation forces executed citizens with bound hands.
He added that the occupation forces set fire to sections of the Shifa hospital and destroyed all medical equipment and supplies inside.
On the other hand, the Israeli Army Radio mentioned that the army killed 200 and arrested 500 others and detained about 900 for investigation during its operation in the medical complex and its surroundings.
