Watan-Prominent Kuwaiti politician Nasser al-Duwaila, a former member of the National Assembly, spoke about the implications of the policies pursued by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu amid the war on Gaza.
In a post on his “X” platform account, he said, “Can Netanyahu proceed in the zero-sum game?… The answer, if it were up to him, he would persist in his stubbornness until Tel Aviv falls into the hands of Hamas.”
He added that the matter has gone out of Netanyahu’s control, and that the military leadership is on the brink of rebelling against the government, which demands the impossible.
He concluded by saying, “The collective will be defeated, and they will turn their backs. Their time is up, and the hour is dire.”
