Trump’s Alleged Conspiracy: Unraveling the Accusations Against the Former President
The conspiracy allegations against Trump

Watan-Former US President Donald Trump is reportedly preparing a surprise for the family of current President Joe Biden if he wins in the upcoming presidential elections, according to a report by Axios.

The report states that accountability investigations against current President Joe Biden are collapsing due to lack of evidence, but such investigations may serve as a basis for future federal investigations or even legal actions against the Biden family if former President Donald Trump wins the next elections.

The site added that Trump has pledged to retaliate against his enemies if he emerges victorious in the November elections.

According to the report, “The Republican-controlled House faced difficulties in proving that Biden had done anything illegal, but close associates of former President Trump are still conspiring to use the Department of Justice against Biden and his family.”

Quoting a source close to Trump’s campaign, the report says, “Everything you’ve seen from the Department of Justice in the Biden administration (regarding allegations against Trump), expect to see it from the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.”

One of Trump’s allies argued that there is a legal precedent upon which the Trump administration will rely in its second term to investigate and prosecute the Biden family, which is the current federal charges against former President Trump.

The conspiracy allegations against Trump

These allegations stem from claims that Trump led a conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 elections, unlawfully retained secret documents, and planned to cover up his retention of them.

It was revealed that Biden also retained some secret documents when he was Vice President under Barack Obama, but he cooperated with authorities to return them.

The special counsel who investigated Biden’s case decided not to sue the Democratic president, knowing that this counsel was appointed by the Department of Defense during the term of the former Republican President Trump.

Republicans claim that the current president should be impeached because he illegally benefited from profitable foreign business deals conducted by his son Hunter Biden.

Despite the difficulties they faced in proving this, Trump said he believes Biden should be prosecuted regardless, because Trump is currently facing legal action.

The former president said, “By using the Department of Defense as a weapon against his political opponent, which is me, Joe (Biden) is opening a giant Pandora’s box.”

In a related context, James Comer, chairman of the Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee, said in an email soliciting donations last month, “When President Trump returns to the White House, it is imperative for the new leadership of the Department of Justice to have everything they need to prosecute the criminal Biden family and achieve justice.”

Comer recently stated, “If the Department of Justice led by US Attorney General Merrick Garland does not accept criminal referrals from Republican House members, perhaps any Justice Department under Donald Trump’s administration will.”

It is unlikely that Republican investigations in the House will lead to impeachment proceedings against the president this year, but the Republican Party has used them to tarnish the reputation of President Biden and his family in the preliminary stages before the presidential elections, according to the report.
