The rape of a child in Najaf by her uncle turns Iraq around… He tore her apart with knives to hide the crime!
Watan-The Iraqi street trembled with the news of a horrific crime, claiming the life of a 7-year-old girl in Najaf, amid reports of her being raped by her uncle, while her family attempted to conceal the truth.
The girl, named Shahd, arrived at the hospital with her family, who claimed that she was rescued after being bitten by dogs, but she passed away.
The “Sumaria News” website reported that stray dogs attacked the girl in an incident not uncommon in Iraq, tearing her body apart, leading to her death in the Al-Nidaa neighborhood of Najaf.

However, later forensic reports revealed that the family’s claim was “untrue” and that she had been raped. It was said that her uncle was the one who raped her, and afterward, her body was mutilated with knives in an attempt to cover up the crime, according to local media.
“Iraq: Raping and Killing”… Iraq concludes the case of the “7-year-old girl” after the arrest of the perpetrator.
Security authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, emphasizing that they will announce the results of the investigation when available.

Following the incident, Iraqis demanded through the hashtag #JusticeForTheNajafGirl that the girl’s family be held accountable for concealing the crime and that the maximum punishment be imposed on them.
