Watan-The Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, silenced an Israeli official who tried to interrupt him during a joint television interview, urging her live on air to “shut up and let him finish his speech.”
Barghouti addressed in an interview with British journalist Piers Morgan on CNN, Flor Hassan Nahum, the deputy mayor of the occupation municipality in Jerusalem, saying to her: “You talk about women’s rights, yet you don’t care about the fact that Netanyahu killed 10,000 Palestinian women.” He added that Netanyahu provoked Iran to retaliate and seek revenge.
At this point, Nahum’s voice is heard as she tries to respond and interrupt him, to which Barghouti replied, “Silence and let me continue.”
He further stated that these are figures confirmed by the United Nations – referring to the victims of women by Israel – to which she responded, “Shut up… very rude word towards a woman,” so Mustafa Barghouti reiterated his demand for her to close her mouth and let him continue speaking.

Previously, an American lawyer was reprimanded
Palestinian academic Mustafa Barghouti, Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative, broke his usual calmness last March, and gave a harsh lesson to an American lawyer during their appearance on the well-known journalist program “Piers Morgan.”
Barghouti appeared with the infamous lawyer Alan Dershowitz, addressing Morgan that he was not surprised that his guest Dershowitz, who defends the killer Israeli army, was there. He added that he used his fame to defend killers in American courts, and he was used to it, according to him.
Barghouti added that the guest lawyer is known for defending sex traffickers like Epstein and addressed him: “What you see in Gaza now is a genocide that has resulted in the killing of about 12,000 children, and these children are not 19 years old but are five, six, three, and two years old.”
