Watan-The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, does not miss an opportunity to polish his image and cover up his suspicious role in destabilizing and destroying the region with his malicious schemes, without his media and electronic flies seizing it and glorifying it.

In this context, Emirati websites and social media accounts circulated a video clip of Mohammed bin Zayed sitting with a Tunisian woman and a mother of two disabled children in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, honoring her.

The woman, whose name turned out to be Iman Sfaxi, was honored at the Abu Dhabi Award ceremony held at Al Hosn Palace in Abu Dhabi.

Sfaxi is known for her bravery, goodwill, and volunteer work. She saved 8 people during a fire in the Khalidiya area of Abu Dhabi in 2022 after a gas cylinder exploded, causing her serious injury.

Kneeling down

To add a touch and polish his image amid the turmoil and upheavals he causes in several Arab countries, a video clip was taken of him kneeling down in front of the Tunisian woman who appeared seated on a wheelchair, with no knowledge of the conversation between them.

The UAE channel aired interviews with officials, her husband, and friends to talk about her heroic work, for which Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed directed to award her the Abu Dhabi Award after “contributing with her expertise in the field of first aid to help the fire victims,” according to the official UAE news agency.

From Sudan to Yemen

Responses and comments on social media platforms varied regarding Mohammed bin Zayed’s attempt to polish himself and cover up his crimes in Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Syria, Iraq, and other Arab countries, with such fabricated scenes being promoted.

One commentator, Suleiman Mondher, remarked: “A reputation whitewashing operation for a principality living off oil, laundering money, and trafficking in prohibited commodities from certain entities such as gold from some African countries and organized gangs from around the world.”

Another commented: “Moments pass when the devil appears gentle, but that does not mean he has ceased to be a devil.”

Another demanded that bin Zayed, before pretending to be humane and ethical, “stop the war in Sudan that is affecting young and old alike.”

He added: “Thousands of lives have been exhausted, many women have been raped, millions of people are displaced, and millions are imprisoned by the Janjaweed killers in their villages, looting from them and killing.”
